Refund Policy

Request help or a refund when a paid course or purchased access is not delivered.

Updated 26 October 2026

When purchased access is not delivered

If a paid course or access is not delivered, or you cannot use the purchased access after a verified payment, contact support. We verify the payment and delivery records and help restore the access or supply the missing course. If we cannot deliver what was purchased, we provide a refund for the affected purchase after verification.

How to request help or a refund

  1. Email [email protected] from, or identify, the email used for your AISellSpace account.
  2. Provide the transaction reference, purchase name, amount/date and a clear description of the missing course or access.
  3. Allow the payment and fulfillment issue to be investigated. We may ask for relevant information without requesting passwords or complete card details.
  4. We explain whether access can be restored or a refund is due, and the next step for the payment provider.

Membership, Boosters and downloadable products

The same non-delivery review applies to paid membership access, a purchased Booster’s included access and paid courses or downloadable items. Review focuses on what the purchase promised, what was delivered and the relevant access record. Free material does not create a refundable payment.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

Report a suspected duplicate payment, wrong charge or unauthorized transaction promptly with the relevant reference. These issues are verified against the payment records and handled with the provider as appropriate. Do not make another payment solely because a return screen has not updated.

How refunds are returned

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment channel where supported, or another agreed method if needed. Provider processing and payment-network timing can vary. A request or support reply is not a refund confirmation; a processed refund has its own confirmation or reference.

Other requests and consumer rights

Requests outside a course or access delivery problem are reviewed based on the purchase details and applicable rights. This policy does not impose a blanket “no refund” rule or remove remedies for defective, misdescribed or undelivered goods or services where applicable.

For official Philippine consumer information, see DTI’s guidance on returns and refunds. You may also contact the relevant consumer authority if a concern remains unresolved.
