This notice describes how the operator of AISellSpace uses information to run the platform. For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected].
Information used by the service
- Account details, such as your email address, display name, account status and authentication records.
- Product listings, uploaded files and thumbnails, course/access records and support messages you provide.
- Payment references, purchase status, reward attempts, wallet entries and withdrawal records. A withdrawal request can include a payout destination and account-holder name.
- Technical request, device and security information processed by hosting and service providers to operate and protect the site.
- Optional campaign and marketing measurement information when you permit it in the relevant sales-page privacy controls.
Why information is processed
Information is used to provide account access, fulfill purchases, manage listings and files, record validated activity, review payouts and risk, respond to support and privacy requests, prevent misuse and meet applicable obligations. Processing relies on the purpose and lawful basis relevant to the activity, such as providing a requested service, legitimate operational/security interests, legal duties or consent where required.
Service providers and access
AISellSpace uses Supabase for account and database services, Cloudflare for hosting and related technical services, and PayMongo for supported payment processing. Payment details entered on the payment provider’s checkout are handled under that provider’s terms and privacy practices. Authorized administration access is restricted by account permissions. Providers may process information in locations outside your country subject to their service arrangements and safeguards.
Browser storage and optional measurement
The member portal uses browser storage for sign-in sessions and essential account behavior. Marketing sales pages may use first-party session records for offers and, when permitted, optional campaign or Meta measurement. Optional tracking choices can be changed using the privacy controls on those sales pages. Declining optional marketing measurement does not by itself block registration or membership. This public homepage does not add a new advertising pixel.
Retention and protection
Records are kept as needed for service delivery, account administration, security, dispute resolution and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Exact retention can differ by record type; contact support for a request about your information. Access restrictions and other technical controls are used to protect records. No service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request information about processing, access, correction, objection, withdrawal of consent or erasure/blocking where appropriate. Some records may need to remain for legal, security or transaction purposes. We may verify that a request comes from the account holder before disclosing or changing personal information.
